B-Soft is a digital service provider offering professional design, website development, branding, and digital marketing solutions for businesses. All services are delivered digitally — no physical shipment is involved.
Projects are delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on service type and workload. Timelines may vary for complex projects or delayed client responses.
Clients must pay 20% advance before placing an order and the remaining 80% before final delivery, after the project and revisions are completed.
Refunds are available only before project work begins. Once work has started, refunds are not possible.
Each project includes up to 2 free revisions. After project completion, clients receive 7 days of free technical support for website or digital issues. Any additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.
After full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. B-Soft reserves the right to showcase completed works in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
B-Soft operates under the Digital Commerce Policy 2018 (amended 2020) and the Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021 of Bangladesh. The company is in the process of applying for a Digital Business ID (DBID) as per the DBID Registration Guidelines 2022. Any activity violating national law or the Digital Security Act 2018 may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
B-Soft ensures that all product and service information is truthful and transparent. Clients must not provide false or misleading information when placing orders.

According to the Digital Business ID Registration Guidelines 2022, B-Soft commits to aligning all business activities with national digital-commerce laws. Once issued, the DBID number will be clearly displayed on our website and social-media pages.
বি-সফট একটি ডিজিটাল সার্ভিস প্রদানকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান যা ব্যবসার জন্য প্রফেশনাল ডিজাইন, ওয়েবসাইট ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ব্র্যান্ডিং ও ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং সলিউশন প্রদান করে। সব ধরনের সার্ভিস ডিজিটালভাবে সরবরাহ করা হয়, কোনো ফিজিক্যাল ডেলিভারি নেই।
গড় ডেলিভারি সময় ২–৫ কর্মদিবস, তবে প্রজেক্টের ধরন ও জটিলতার উপর সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। ক্লায়েন্টের দেরি হলে সময়সীমা বাড়তে পারে।
অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের আগে ২০% অগ্রিম এবং প্রজেক্ট সম্পন্ন ও রিভিশন শেষে ৮০% বাকি অর্থ প্রদান করতে হবে।
রিফান্ড কেবলমাত্র কাজ শুরু হওয়ার আগে প্রদান করা হবে। কাজ শুরু হয়ে গেলে কোনো অবস্থাতেই অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
প্রতি প্রজেক্টে সর্বোচ্চ ২ বার ফ্রি রিভিশন দেওয়া হবে। প্রজেক্ট সম্পন্নের পর ৭ দিনের ফ্রি টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হবে। অতিরিক্ত রিভিশন বা সময়সীমার পর পরিবর্তনে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
পূর্ণ অর্থ পরিশোধের পর ক্লায়েন্ট কাজের পূর্ণ মালিকানা পাবেন। তবে ক্লায়েন্ট লিখিতভাবে অনুরোধ না করলে বি-সফট তার পোর্টফোলিওতে সম্পন্ন কাজ প্রদর্শনের অধিকার রাখে।
বি-সফট বাংলাদেশের ডিজিটাল কমার্স পলিসি ২০১৮ (সংশোধিত ২০২০) ও ডিজিটাল কমার্স পরিচালনা নির্দেশিকা ২০২১ অনুসারে পরিচালিত হয়। প্রতিষ্ঠানটি বর্তমানে ডিজিটাল বিজনেস আইডি (DBID) প্রাপ্তির প্রক্রিয়াধীন। ডিজিটাল সিকিউরিটি অ্যাক্ট ২০১৮ বা দেশের প্রচলিত আইনের পরিপন্থি কার্যকলাপ প্রমাণিত হলে সার্ভিস স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
বি-সফট তার সব সার্ভিসের তথ্য যথাযথভাবে প্রকাশ করে। অর্ডারের সময় ক্লায়েন্টকে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

ডিজিটাল বিজনেস আইডি নিবন্ধন নির্দেশিকা ২০২২ অনুযায়ী বি-সফট প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছে যে প্রতিষ্ঠানটির সব ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম জাতীয় ডিজিটাল কমার্স নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে এবং DBID ইস্যু হওয়ার পর তা ওয়েবসাইট ও সামাজিক মাধ্যমে প্রদর্শন করা হবে।
